6 steps to create an engaging blended learning program based on metrics
Deck instruction
Guidelines for using this deck of cards:

Step 1: After defining your corporate customer's needs, write the learning program target audience, learning objectives and outcomes (knowledge, mindset, skills; number of participants), and number of learning groups on the card Passport.

Step 2: To define your program learning objectives, use the corresponding cards from the deck. Learning activities, materials, solution delivery formats, and content presentation methods cards are marked with the strip color indicator on the left to indicate the learning objectives.

Step 3: Next, move to your learning program module's design. Write the learning objectives, outcomes, duration, module title, and the placement of this module in the program on the Module card.

Step 4: Learning forms and format cards will assist with selecting an effective way of achieving your learning program objectives. During development, check the learning objectives and the selected formats, learning activities, and materials.

Step 5: Learning activities and materials cards assist you with building the whole module scenario of the learning program. Use these cards as activities, along with the materials library to plan a high-quality learning program.

Step 6: Metrics cards are orientation landmarks at the program design stage. They assist with evaluating training effectiveness and outcomes of the program and its elements (modules, activities, exercises, and tasks). You will find cards with metrics for evaluating the content, participants, and trainer.

Write your ideas in the Passport и Modules Cards with a dry erase (non-permanent) marker. When you finish planning the learning program, you may wipe out the recordings and easily start over again designing your next learning program.
