Asynchronous online learning

Asynchronous learning means that the trainer and the training participants all engage with the content at different times (and from different locations). For example, participants study pre-prepared material on their own, perform practical tasks and submit them for verification. The trainer checks the completed tasks and provides feedback to the participants. Participants can get materials for self-study via email, social network, or LMS.
